ASMPT Ranked Among Top 5 in VLSI Customer Satisfaction Survey 2016
ASMPT has once again ranked among the top five suppliers in the Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by VLSIresearch, a leading provider of market research and economic analysis for the semiconductor industry.
In this year’s survey, we achieved an overall score of 8.56 in the ‘10 BEST’ list of Large Suppliers of Chip Making Equipment, placing us in the fifth position. Last year, we were ranked in a different category. We were placed third in the ’10 BEST’ list in the Focused segment.
Customers have also ranked ASMPT among the top five companies in two market segments,
namely:
• Assembly Equipment: 3rd position
• Test Equipment: 4th position
We are proud that for the first time we made the list in the Test Equipment market. It solidifies our hold in this growth market.
The results are derived from customer satisfaction. Suppliers were rated by customers in 15 categories based on three key factors: supplier performance, customer service, and product performance.
These awards recognise our ongoing efforts to continuously improve product performance, quality and service for our customers. Equally important, they demonstrate our one team and passion to serve our customers better.
