ASM Pacific Technology Limited (“ASMPT”), a world leader in the supply of semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment and materials, as well as surface mount technology applications, is pleased to announce that in the “Asia’s Best Managed Companies 2016” poll, ASMPT is ranked among the top 10 Hong Kong companies in two categories: “Best Managed Companies” and “Best at Investor Relations”.

The results are polled from the responses of 129 portfolio managers and buy-side analysts from around Asia Pacific region. Companies are evaluated on overall management, corporate governance, investor relations and commitment to strong dividend payments etc. The poll is into its 16th year and is conducted by FinanceAsia, a reputable financial magazine in Asia.
The Group is also recognised by customers for its excellent support in helping them to drive growth. It was presented with two awards recently at the Hana Semiconductor (Ayutthaya) Supplier Day event, namely the “Best FOL Equipment Supplier” and the “Best Quality Supplier” awards. These awards are given in recognition of excellent support rendered during the year.
ASMPT has also been recognised as one of 24 companies receiving ASE Group’s 2015 Best Supplier award for their excellent performance in 2015.
